Great service, our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The food was really good and the portions are huge! Reasonable prices too. I had the veggie omelette and hash browns and it was delicious. My daughter had the meat lovers omelette and she said it was really good. We will be back!

We work at Garden City Exchange a couple doors down from this diner so we eat here all the time we love there breakfast we came up with this sandwich we call the GCE Special it's there blt on flat bread but we add a egg over medium and some Swiss cheese and it is the bomb great for great service all around

We had a good breakfast at GJ's. This was formally a Clock Restaurant years ago, but a nice remodel inside makes it look like new. I ordered the Genie's Omelet, which was sausage, potatoes, a biscuit and gravy covering everything. We also ordered an egg beater omelet with hash browns & onions and a biscuit and gravy with eggs on top. All were prepared as requested. Good service. A little wait for our food, but is was Sunday morning at about 9:30 AM, so a wait can be expected. I can go 3 stars and I may be back ....

Haven't been there since it got remodeled and called GJs or whatever. It just wouldn't be the same, used to be a local favorite though. Might be the same though, guess I should give it a chance, someone else review it. UPDATE : I since have visited the newly remodeled "GJs" and it's pretty much the same experience as Coles, just in a shinier setting. It doesn't quite have that old at home feel like Coles, but it still serves good coney food and serves as a bit of a hangout and staple in the local area.
